Why read?

Reading takes you to a whole different world. You may be physically sitting in a class room or library but your mind is in a completely separate place. From reading about vampires, monsters, and mystical creatures to real life situations and love stories, reading is the ultimate form of entertainment. Personally, I enjoy reading as much as watching TV or hanging out with friends. I am interested in multiple genres, and I'm always open to trying new things when it comes to books.
